Anker 537 is the best Steam Deck power bank I've tested, and it's only $35 today

Packing 65W and 24,000 mAh. That'll do nicely.

I've just picked up the Anker 24,000mAh 65W Portable Charger for $34.99 in Woot’s charging devices sale, and it's been one of the more practical purchases I've made for my Steam Deck and ROG Ally X. At half off the regular $69.99 price, it's an easy recommendation. It's powerful, compact, and actually delivers the speed these handhelds need without making a scene about it.

As a portable gaming accessory, and for me, the real value in the Anker charger is its balance of capacity and speed. With 24,000mAh, it gets my Steam Deck close to two full charges, and even more out of the Ally. I don't have to think twice about battery life when I'm out for the day or just don't feel like being tethered to a wall socket. It’s reliable and doesn’t drop off when I’m gaming while plugged in.

The 65W output is exactly what I need. Both the Ally and Deck benefit from higher-wattage charging, and I’ve seen plenty of power banks that advertise fast charging but can’t hold up under actual use. This one does. I can charge while playing without watching the battery go down faster than it goes up. That’s the baseline for me, and it meets it consistently.

What I like most is how easy it is to carry. It's not tiny, but it doesn't feel bulky either. It slides into a tech pouch or the side of my bag and doesn't turn into dead weight. I’ve taken it on flights and long days out, and it’s never been in the way. Just does its job without a fuss.

For $34.99, this is the kind of charger that actually makes the handheld experience feel complete. It keeps everything running smoothly, charges fast, and doesn’t need to be managed. If you're in the UK, I’d say the INIU option is just as dependable, with a bit more power if you're using more than just a handheld. Both are well worth the price right now.
