This GTA 5 Plugin Makes Things Easier For Filmmakers

It's a steal

This is neat: OpenCamera is a plugin for Grand Theft Auto V [official site] which gets rid of the imposed limitations of the in-game camera. In other words, it gives you free reign to move around, which is a nice feature for aspiring filmmakers out there. You can take a look at it in action below.

The Rockstar Editor in its current form restricts just how far out you can move your camera - you're tied to yer character through invisible tether. OpenCamera, which is an ASI plugin needing OpenIV or Script Hook V, removes that "Free Camera" boundary. One thing to keep in mind, though: Using it requires an ASI Loader and quite a bit of drive space and RAM. Apparently if you're lacking in the latter it can cause crashes.

But look at the results!
