Learning how to hold my torch is the best part of Half-Life: Alyx so far

I can only play Half-Life: Alyx in short bursts, because of my poor, not-as-unbroken-as-I-thought collarbone. Turns out my shoulder is not at all keen on sudden panicked movements, and sudden panicked movements are a staple of VR horror games. Also, that is absolutely what Valve have made. It's clear from the way you need to hold your torch.
