Oh no: help me decide what to write about

Don't judge me. I just got back from a week away, during which I was ill (I am still ill) and for a spell trapped inside a hotel room with an also-ill baby. I have returned to work half formed, grasping at my keyboard and computer screen with barely a thought in my brain.
