It's not often that innovations are made in the world of bones. Of course, we all remember the absolute game-changing classic that was the skull - swiftly followed by the outrage machine whirring into full gear at the introduction of teeth, the most expensive skeletal DLC to date.

But it does pay to go back and take a look at bones we thought we had finalised our opinion on, to see if they still hold up today. Many people think fondly of the clavicle; it is, after all, key in the movement of our arm, but without the cocky, overbearing presence of the shoulder-blade. But I'm afraid that in 2020, the collarbone really doesn't hold up.
