Looking to respec in Assassin's Creed Shadows? Swapping your skills in Assassin's Creed Shadows is easy. Not only do Yasuke and Naoe have their own individual Mastery points that can be spent on unlocking or enhancing skills in different Masteries, but you can also freely reset any Masteries and spend the points somewhere else at any time.

This is helpful if you've just unlocked a new weapon for one of your characters and want to start unlocking and enhancing its abilities but don't have enough Mastery points. Besides, if you find that you're not getting much out of your other weapon Masteries, why not put those points to better use elsewhere? Likewise, if you change your mind later, then you also have the option to respec again with no penalty or additional cost.

This quick guide will explain how you can reset skill Masteries in Assassin's Creed Shadows so that you can respec Yasuke and Naoe whenever you want.

As either character, simply go to the menu, select one of their Masteries and you should see at the bottom the input option to 'Reset Masteries'. When pressing the button, a text box will appear warning you that this will refund all spent Mastery points in the current Mastery path before you have to confirm.

What this means is that the whole Mastery path is reset and there's no option to refund individual Masteries. So if there are some Masteries in this category that you still find useful, you'll unfortunately have to unlock them again one by one.

Regardless, all Mastery points that are refunded will be added to the total number of unspent Mastery points, which is displayed on the top right corner of the screen.
